OITA acknowledges the importance of offering Reliability, Prompt Response and Quality Work on all services supplied, by endorsing and supporting the implementation of a Quality Management System that conforms to the Requirements of Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO: 9001:2008.

All Employees are aware of the expectations and requirements of the Quality Management System and appreciate that their contribution and performance in carrying out job duties and customer liaisons is essential to the operation and maintenance of the System.

We are committed to continuous improvement by bringing together the wisdom of all of OITA employees and by having the ideas of Customer First and Quality First as our core business structure.

The procedures and instructions have been created to be a simple but effective system that all relevant personnel can operate in an effective and pro-active manner. This in turn will benefit both the company and its clients.

Eco-Friendly, Sustainable Cleaning Practices

Protecting the environment is of significant interest to all the sustainable business in today’s world.  At OITA we are committed to the protection of the environment and work hard to raise and maintain awareness among staff and clients.  To confirm this commitment, environmental management systems and measures have been implemented in the business to identify and reduce impacts on the environment including carbon reduction.

We recognize that our activities have an impact on the environment in terms of the use of raw materials, emissions to the air and water and waste generation, and seek to minimize this as far as is reasonably practicable.
